SSC Result 2026

SSC stands for Secondary School Certificate. SSC Result 2026 is the official annual result announced by all Pakistan Boards for students who appeared in the Matric examination. It covers both SSC Part 1 (9th Class) and SSC Part 2 (10th Class).

SSC Result 2026 dates vary by board. Generally, results are announced between July and August 2026. Federal Board (FBISE) typically announces its result in late July. Check your respective board’s official website for the exact date.

All major boards across Pakistan announce SSC results including: Federal Board (FBISE), Lahore Board, Karachi Board, Rawalpindi Board, Faisalabad Board, Multan Board, Gujranwala Board, Sahiwal Board, Sargodha Board, Bahawalpur Board, and AJK Board.

You can check your result online by visiting checkresults.com.pk or your board’s official website. Enter your Roll Number and click Check Result. Results can also be checked via SMS by sending your Roll Number to your board’s designated SMS code.

SSC Part 1 refers to the 9th Class annual examination. It is the first part of the Secondary School Certificate. Students who pass 8th Class are eligible to appear in SSC Part 1. The result of 9th Class is announced separately by each board.

The total marks for SSC Part 1 (9th Class) are 1100 marks. This includes theory papers and practical examinations. The passing marks are 33% in each subject. Grades are awarded from A-1 (highest) to D (lowest passing grade).

SSC Part 1 (9th Class) subjects include: English, Urdu, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (for Science group) or Pakistan Studies, Islamiat, and Elective subjects (for Arts group). Compulsory subjects are English, Urdu, Islamiat, and Pakistan Studies.

SSC Part 1 (9th Class) Result 2026 is generally announced in July 2026. Federal Board usually announces 9th Class result first, followed by Punjab and other boards. Stay updated at checkresults.com.pk.

SSC Part 2 is the 10th Class examination, commonly known as Matric. It is the second and final part of the Secondary School Certificate. Passing SSC Part 2 is required for admission to intermediate (11th & 12th Class) colleges.

The total marks for SSC Part 2 (10th Class) are 1100 marks. Combined with SSC Part 1 marks, the aggregate for the full SSC Certificate (both parts) is 2200 marks. Passing marks are 33% per subject.

SSC Part 2 (10th Class) subjects include: English, Urdu, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Science group) or General Science, Computer Science, and Elective subjects (Arts group). Compulsory subjects remain English, Urdu, Islamiat, and Pakistan Studies.

SSC Part 2 (Matric) Result 2026 is expected in July to August 2026. Federal Board (FBISE) typically announces its 10th Class result around mid-July. Other Punjab and Sindh boards follow shortly after.

SSC Part 1 is the 9th Class examination and SSC Part 2 is the 10th Class examination. Both are separate annual exams. A student must pass SSC Part 1 before appearing in SSC Part 2. Together they complete the Matric (Secondary School Certificate) qualification.

Pakistan boards follow this grading system for SSC results:

A-1 grade: 90% and above  |  A grade: 80–89%  |  B grade: 70–79%
C grade: 60–69%  |  D grade: 50–59%  |  E grade: 33–49%  |  F: Below 33% (Fail)

If a student fails in one or two subjects, they can appear in the Supply / Compartment Examination held a few months after the annual result. If they fail in more subjects, they must re-appear in the full annual examination next year.

Students can apply for rechecking (verification of marks) or re-evaluation (re-marking of answer sheet) within the deadline set by their board — usually 15 to 30 days after the result announcement. Applications are submitted through the official board website or office along with the required fee.
